Most orders will ship same business day.

UPS Ground - 1-5 business days to deliver it. The delivery time is shorter or longer depending on your proximity to California.  

USPS Express - 1-2 business days to deliver it.  

international orders -  are shipped USPS Priority and delivery times may vary depending on the country.  However it is usually 6-15 business days.

Exchange Policy:

Our customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may exchange it.  Please note that our policy only covers unopened or unused item or product.  The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Original Shipping and handling and return postage will not be refunded. Damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To process a return, please reference your order number and email us at nabjjstore@nabjjf.com. Our friendly staff will provide the appropriate paper work for the return.

Note:  Compression shorts, cups, mouthpieces will not be eligible for exchanges under any circumstance.
